Shipping policy

All orders are processed within the time frames detailed below (excluding Monday, Tuesdays and Bermuda holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation email. If payment is made via Bank Deposit, you will receive a notification once your payment is received, only then will your order begin being processed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped (ready for local delivery) or is ready to be collected.

We offer local delivery starting at BD$5.00 and International Shipping is available for select products upon request. 

Local Deliveries are made from 12-8 on Wednesday- Saturday. We will contact you via text message or WhatsApp message using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

As we are very new to international shipping, we ask that any customers interested in shipping outside Bermuda contact us before placing their order to receive the cost of the shipping. This allows us to provide you the best shipping rates. 

Orders who have not paid for local delivery or international shipping must be collected from the office at 9 Claytown, Hamilton Parish. I am not responsible to arrange how your order is to be collected. Collection of orders can be made on Wednesday - Saturday between the hours of 12pm and 7pm unless previously agreement with the owner.

Ready To Ship Product Shipping Details

Ready to Ship Orders are shipped or ready for collection within1-3 business days (excluding Monday, Tuesday and Bermuda holidays) after receipt of payment confirmation. Ready To Ship Items are processed faster as they are already made.

Made to Order Product Shipping Details

Made to Order Products can take up to 6 weeks to ship (excluding Mondays, Tuesdays and Bermuda Holidays) after receipt of payment confirmation. Made to Order items are made after receiving payment confirmation therefore the shipping time is based upon the complexity of the design of the item chosen.

Custom Product Shipping Details

Custom Products can take 4-6 weeks to ship (excluding Mondays, Tuesdays, and Bermuda holidays) after receipt of payment confirmation. Custom items are made after receipt of payment, therefore the shipping time is based upon the complexity of the design chosen.
